Project Management

Project Managers and Project Teams
Project Managers will be assigned from within each functional organization providing deliverables or services for the program. They will form Project Teams to coordinate their parent organization's activities, and monitor progress to insure that both program and project milestones are met.

Customer Engineering
TSO offers a bundled Engineering, Furnish & Install (EF&I) package; this provides the most cost effective implementation of TSO's products. TSO will work with Customers to develop an acceptable plan utilizing TSO EF&I services to accommodate the desired approach to system implementation.




Installation Services

Project Installation Planning
The Project Installation Team will develop a system level implementation plan, and detail Method of Procedure with the customer. Experienced technical installation personnel work closely with the customer to ensure a realistic plan is produced. TSO's Field Supervisor will ensure proper physical installation through equipment testing and verification.

System Test
TSO's Field Supervisor will perform system initialization and testing of the customers systems. This test will include all phases of test from power up to customer test.
  • Power up verification
  • Perform diagnostic and functional test
  • Perform alarm verification, feature testing, and traffic simulation testing
  • Work with the customer to complete Test and Acceptance Procedure
  • Turn system over to the customer




Training

TSO can offer a wide range of training concepts to ensure the customer's engineers are fully conversant with all aspects of the equipment supplied under contract.
TSO recognizes that with complex deployments (such as GSM) is not possible for one engineer to be expert on all aspects of the system. In cases like this TSO can provide Overview Courses for System Managers and Admin Staff whilst also providing detailed courses on single aspects of the system for the dedicated maintenance engineers.
